The house is strictly non- smoking throughout, you will be asked to leave at any time during your stay if caught or suspected of smoking within the guest house.

Pets

Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Groups

We are a family and couples only Guest House.

We do not take groups of singles of any size.

You will be turned away from the door.

Bookings are for two nights or more, room prices may go down after the first two nights.

£30 per person per night.

These are all year prices, so no seasonal changes.

Double Rooms £60 per night.

Single Rooms £30 per night

Family Room from £90 to £120 per night

Triple Room from £75 to £90 per night

Proof of age will be required if your child looks older than 14 years of age
